Eligibility:
The competition is open to all members of the public.
Participants under the age of 18 may participate in the Easter Medallion Hunt but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any prizes must be claimed by the accompanying adult on their behalf.
Employees of Menlyn Maine, Central Square and their tenants are not eligible to participate.
Participation:
By participating in the Medallion Hunt and scanning the QR code, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Only one prize per participant is permitted throughout the campaign duration.
For Easter activations where multiple stickers may be placed, each sticker still represents a single prize and may only be redeemed once.
Prize Redemption:
Prizes must be redeemed either in person at the designated sponsor store as listed on the sticker’s instruction card, or through arrangements made by Menlyn Maine’s marketing team.
If the prize is not redeemed directly at the sponsor store, a member of the Menlyn Maine marketing team will contact the winner to coordinate the prize handover.
You must present the original sticker and instruction card to claim your prize.
Stickers and instruction cards are forfeited upon redemption and must be handed over to the sponsor or a Menlyn Maine representative for validation.
For participants under the age of 18, the prize must be redeemed by a parent or legal guardian.
Publicity Consent:
Winners agree to take a photo in or with the sponsor’s store as part of the prize handover.
By accepting the prize, you grant permission to Menlyn Maine and the sponsor to use your image and name for marketing and promotional purposes across social media platforms and other communication channels, without further compensation.
For minors, a parent or guardian must provide consent before any photo or promotional content is used.
General Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Menlyn Maine and sponsors are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of the sticker or instruction card before redemption.
All decisions by Menlyn Maine are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Prize Fulfilment:
Sponsors are responsible for providing the agreed-upon prize to the winner as outlined prior to the competition launch.
Upon redemption, the sponsor must collect and dispose of the original sticker and instruction card to prevent reuse.
Photo Participation:
Sponsors are required to facilitate a photo opportunity with the winner at the time of prize collection.
The photo must be shared with Menlyn Maine’s marketing team for potential use on social media and digital platforms.
The Menlyn Maine Instagram Page will make this post a collaboration post with Central Square and the Sponsor, so please ensure we have your correct Instagram handle and that you accept the collaboration when invited.
Promotion Usage:
By participating as a sponsor, you consent to your brand being featured in promotional content related to the Menlyn Maine Medallion Hunt.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or discrepancies in prize claiming must be reported to Menlyn Maine management immediately.
Sponsors agree to cooperate in good faith with Menlyn Maine to resolve any competition-related issues.
Indemnity:
Sponsors acknowledge that Menlyn Maine is not liable for the conduct of participants before, during, or after prize redemption. Sponsors participate in the campaign at their own discretion.
